How much do VoIP leads cost?+
Exclusive VoIP leads start at $120 each. Price adjusts based on the number of seats the prospect is requesting, plus any filters or campaign difficulty modifiers you choose.
Do I have to pay anything up front?+
No. There are no up front costs and no retainers. You set a monthly budget cap and we invoice you on the first business day of the following month for the leads we actually delivered.
Are the leads exclusive?+
Yes. Every lead we deliver is sold to exactly one buyer. We never resell or share a lead across multiple providers.
What information comes with a lead?+
Each lead includes company name, first and last name of the decision maker, direct phone number, work email, seat count requested, and detailed notes from the prospect covering current provider, timeline, and specific requirements.
What filters can I request?+
Common filters include seat range, vertical (healthcare, legal, hospitality, etc.), current provider, contract end date, and required integrations such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Filters may adjust the price of the lead.
What happens if you cannot fill my monthly cap?+
You are only billed for leads we actually deliver. If we cap at $5,000 and deliver $3,800 of leads, you owe $3,800. There is no penalty, no rollover requirement, and no true up.
How quickly are leads delivered?+
Most leads are delivered within minutes of verification. They arrive by email and optionally by direct CRM push (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and others by request).
Can I adjust my cap during the month?+
Yes. You can raise your cap at any time. You can lower your cap for the next month with seven days notice.
What if a lead is bad?+
We accept credit requests for leads that are clearly bad data (wrong number, wrong company, not the decision maker). Credits are applied to the next invoice.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?+
No. Month to month, cancel any time.
